Built with the details in mind, the apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from bars, restaurants and places of interest. Our goal is for guests to spend a warm and comfortable stay and enjoy the wonderful scenery that Ushuaia has to offer. The apartment has two rooms with a balcony each. A spacious living room, a dining room overlooking the Beagle Channel and a full kitchen, a full bathroom, wifi and Smart TV.

Getting around Ushuaia is easy from our central apartment! Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located a short walk away, offering convenient access to various parts of the city and surrounding areas. For those arriving by air, Ushuaia - Malvinas Argentinas International Airport (USH) is approximately a 15-minute taxi or car ride. Parking is available nearby, including both street parking and paid parking garages. We recommend checking local parking regulations upon arrival. The city center and major attractions are within walking distance, allowing you to explore Ushuaia at your own pace.

El check-out después de las 15:00 tiene un costo equivalente a una noche completa. La limpieza adicional se paga aparte y solo se realiza bajo pedido del huésped. Las estadías mayores a 5 noches incluyen una limpieza y cambio de toallas gratuito por extensión. No se permiten mascotas. El ruido debe cesar entre las 22:00 y las 10:00. Sistemas del departamento: La calefacción funciona mediante caldera individual. El agua caliente también proviene de la caldera. No hay lavarropas dentro de la unidad. No existe laundry general en el edificio. Caja de seguridad: El apartamento cuenta con una caja de seguridad para guardar pertenencias. El código de acceso es 2161 A. Basura: La basura se saca directamente al canasto exterior del edificio. Estacionamiento: El edificio cuenta con estacionamiento privado para los huéspedes. Equipaje: No hay espacio para guardar equipaje dentro del apartamento. El equipaje puede llevarse a la oficina ubicada en Fadul 32. Soporte y comunicación: El horario de soporte es de 9:00 a 19:00. Para urgencias, el soporte se extiende hasta las 23:00. La comunicación se realiza por WhatsApp o por la aplicación. Si algo no funciona, el huésped debe avisar cuanto antes para resolverlo. Check-out: Apagar todas las luces. Cerrar todas las ventanas. Seguir la modalidad de devolución de llaves indicada (presencial o punto designado).
